The Berkshires is one of the beauty spots of the world – bucolic and unspoiled – an oasis for travelers from Boston and New York. Marked by a range of rolling hills topped by Mt. Greylock, the Berkshires is home to myriad world-class cultural attractions, including The Clark Art Institute, Norman Rockwell Museum, MassMOCA, Shakespeare & Company, Tanglewood, The Mount (home of Novelist Edith Wharton) and many others. Find out more about the region and your visit at the Berkshire Visitor’s Bureau website – Berkshires.org.
Our location at Hancock Shaker Village is spacious and beautiful. We will spend time in the classroom (air-conditioned and fully up-to-date) as well as throughout the grounds and buildings as appropriate. The Village is open to the public during the course of our workshop but the spacious grounds and facilities have significant capacity so we expect to have plenty of room to work! Find out more about this fascinating piece of American History at Hancock Shaker Village’s website.
